1. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with PriceOwl, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your initial subscription purchase. No questions asked.

2. Cancellation vs. Refund

Cancellation (available any time) stops future billing and keeps your access active through the end of your current billing period. Cancellation is not a refund — no money is returned.

Refund means money is returned to your original payment method and is only available within 30 days of your first charge. After the 30-day window, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time in a billing period.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the email address associated with your account.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your bank and payment method. The refund will be returned to your original payment method. For more information, see Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

4. Exceptions

The 30-day money-back guarantee does not apply if:

  • The refund request is made after day 30 of the initial subscription
  • Your account was suspended or terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • A refund was previously issued for the same account
